Golden Tips is a well-established hairdressing salon having traded successively for approximately 30 years. Coupled with a strong local business, the salon also housed a thriving beauty business, which subsequently declined with the exit of the salon manager. In recent years the business has visibly lost traction and experienced a drop in new clients.
Living Lines researches found the awareness of the brand within its local community somewhat high. A loyal customer base and strong repeat hair dressing business indicates potentially a thriving business. Although the flow of new customers continues to decline considerably. Living Lines key focus is to represent the salon expertise better, build marketing strategies to attract new clients and re-launch the beauty business.
Living Lines created a completely new logo and brand concept, competing both characteristically visibly against competitors. A purely visual message that resonated positively with existing and potential customers.
