Living Lines were approached by the L. Peruch & Co. to completely re-brand their business. The minimum requirements where to reflect the level of expertise and knowledge offered by their team.
The loyalty of existing clients was strong, where the brand failed was to correctly represent the level of expertise within the firm and attract new clientele.
Loyalty to the band of existing customers was strong, although customer perception was that the brand felt a bit old and aged. Our creative team would need to work on a concept to correctly communicate the business’ expertise to the market.
